Roger Thompson is the Director of Malicious Content Research for eTrust development at Computer Associates. Roger has more than 17 years of experience in IT security. He joined Computer Associates upon its 2004 acquisition of leading anti-spyware firm PestPatrol, where he was vice president of development. Previously, Roger was the principal malicious code researcher at TruSecure Corporation. Earlier, he founded an antivirus company which he sold in 1996. Roger is a member of Computer Antivirus Research Organization (CARO), and is on the editorial board of Virus Bulletin as well as the technical advisory board of the Wild List Organization.
