The second session in the National Webcast Initiative series took place on August 26, 2004. Performing a Cyber Security Risk Assessment: Why? When? and How? featured presentations by Mr. Graeme Payne of Ernst & Young and Mr. Rick Trapp of Computer Associates. Mr. Sanjay Goel of the State University of New York at Albany was also a contributing presenter. Opening remarks were provided by Mr. Lawrence Hale, Deputy Director, National Cyber Security Division, US-CERT, US Department of Homeland Security, and Mr. William Pelgrin, Chair of the MS-ISAC.
