System Requirements and Step-by-Step Instructions for
Accessing the Archived Recording via Internet

 

The following will be required in order to participate in the webcast:

  1. A computer to access the Internet to view the visual portion of the event.
  2. PC speakers with a media player installed to listen to the audio portion of the event.
  3. Projector/infocus machine if viewing webcast in a large viewing setting.

  1. Once you click on the archived recording URL, please enter your contact information and number of individuals viewing the webcast.  Then, click on the “Submit” button.
  2. Select the Media Player you have installed on your computer and select Launch Presentation.
  3. The archived recording will appear in a small window on your computer screen.  To view in full screen mode, please follow the directions below:

Real Player:

Right Click your mouse and Select Theatre Mode

Windows Media:

Double left click your mouse within the media window to expand window to full screen

    1. hit the escape button to return to normal viewing size
    2. NOTE: you will not be able to view the slide portion of this presentation in Full Screen view
