System Requirements for Accessing the Broadcast via Internet
The following will be required in order to participate in the webcast:
- A computer to access the Internet to view the visual portion of the event.
- PC speakers with a media player installed to listen to the audio portion of the event.
- Projector/infocus machine if viewing webcast in a large viewing setting.
Please disable any Popup Blockers you may have running on your PC

Hardware and Operating System Configurations
- 200 MHz or faster
- 64 MB RAM minimum/128 MB recommended
- 16 bit sound card
- 65,000 (16 bit) color video display card
- Windows XP/Windows Vista (or)
- Apple Mac OS X 10.4
If you are using older or unsupported versions of Windows, Unix, or Mac operating systems, you may experience difficulty in viewing and/or listening to the event.

Media Players
In order to access the event, you must have one of the following streaming media players and versions installed on your computer:
- Microsoft Windows Player 11 (Internet Explorer only)
- RealPlayer 10 (Firefox or Internet Explorer)

Right Click your mouse and Select Theatre Mode
Windows Media:
Double left click your mouse within the media window to expand window to full screen
- hit the escape button to return to normal viewing size
- NOTE: you will not be able to view the slide portion of this presentation in Full Screen view

Internet Browsers
In order to access the event, you must have either Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or higher Internet browser for Windows operating systems. For accessing events via Mac operating systems you must have Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or 2.0.
To determine the version installed on your computer, complete the following steps:
- Open the browser.
- Click the Help menu.
- Click About.
- Close the About window.

Internet Connection
Before you access the event, you should ensure that your browser is configured
to stream media. For Audio events you will need a minimum Internet connection
of 28.8Kbps and above. For Video events you will need a minimum Internet connection
of 56Kbps and above.
Cookies and JavaScript
In order to access the event, your computer must have cookies and JavaScript enabled. If your operating system currently does not have cookies or JavaScript enabled, contact your network administrator or reference the help links located on the registration page.
To enable cookies support when using Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0 complete the following steps:
- Run Internet Explorer
- Click on "Tools" on the menu at the top
- Click on "Internet Options"
- Click on the "Privacy" tab
- Click on the "Advanced" tab
- Select "Override automatic cookie handling"
- Select "Always allow session cookies"
To enable cookies support when using Mozilla Firefox 1.5, complete the following steps:
- Run Firefox
- Click on "Tools" on the menu at the top
- Click on "Options"
- Click on the "Privacy" icon on the left column
- Click on "Cookies"
- Select "Allow sites to set cookies"
- Click "OK"
To enable cookies support when using Mozilla Firefox 2.0, complete the following steps:
- Run Firefox
- Click on "Tools" on the menu at the top
- Click on "Options"
- Click on the "Privacy" icon on the left column
- Select the checkbox "Accept Cookies from Sites"
- Click "OK"
