Tony is a Managing Director in the Advisory and Business Consulting practice of SMART. He has 18 years of experience and specializes in risk analysis, risk mitigation strategy, solutions design, implementation and project management. Tony's role is to co-ordinate SMART's initiatives in Information Risk Management services across all of SMART's Solutions Teams. Tony has managed projects in the pharmaceutical, chemical, financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications industries.

Tony's broad range of experience covers a breadth of organizations, from global professional services companies including IBM Global Services and Andersen to smaller niche consultancies and the United States Department of Defense. This breadth of experience places Tony in the unique position to assist clients in services from point tactical technical solutions to broader more strategic initiatives, such as outsourcing or managed services. A demanding technical education, coupled with the focus on building leadership skills gained from a military college undergraduate education, has helped Tony to become one of the leaders in SMART's Information Risk Management team.

Mr. McKinley brings a strong business background to his role as Fortify's Product Marketing Manager, most recently as an advisor to Morgan Stanley Dean Witter's international clients on M&A transactions, investment opportunities and financing alternatives. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. McKinley was an advisor at New England Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on acquiring middle-market operating companies, and a Principal at the strategic advisory firm, The Parthenon Group, where he assessed growth strategies and acquisitions for technology companies. Mr. McKinley has a BA from Williams College and an MBA from Stanford Business School, where he was the President of his class.
